            Installation of motor blinds on seven skylights was ok but 500/window probably a little high priced. However one star review because 20 months later one motor stopped working and company didn’t follow through on repair. Understand outside one year warranty but ‘need to order a motor’ excuse wears out after dozens of emails and 7 weeks of back and forth.             If I could give 0 stars, I would. Beltway Blinds has been AWFUL. My husband and I ordered blinds in July and they still aren't done! We were told 3-5 weeks and we are going on 5 months. The managers are COMPLETELY uncommunicative with their customers. I never once got an update from them unless I called MULTIPLE times, left MULTIPLE messages and yelled at the receptionist about demanding to speak to manager now since they never return my calls.             Please do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. This company has the WORST customer service of any company I've ever done business with. They "couldn't find" one of our plantation shutters, so they came to install the rest of the room. That was a month ago. So far we've been told it was in California and then sent back to China. We have called repeatedly and they are "in a meeting" every time. No one will even give us the courtesy of an answer as to when the work will be finished. I f... Read more

            Hassle Free and professional work! They came with samples and provided the estimates with in no time and gave a window for installations. Installation was fast, good and cleaned up after they were done. Much cheaper than a a lot of other Installers for sure.
