If I could give 0 stars, I would. Beltway Blinds has been AWFUL. My husband and I ordered blinds in July and they still aren't done! We were told 3-5 weeks and we are going on 5 months. The managers are COMPLETELY uncommunicative with their customers. I never once got an update from them unless I called MULTIPLE times, left MULTIPLE messages and yelled at the receptionist about demanding to speak to manager now since they never return my calls. Please do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. This company has the WORST customer service of any company I've ever done business with. They "couldn't find" one of our plantation shutters, so they came to install the rest of the room. That was a month ago. So far we've been told it was in California and then sent back to China. Hassle Free and professional work! They came with samples and provided the estimates with in no time and gave a window for installations. Installation was fast, good and cleaned up after they were done. Much cheaper than a a lot of other Installers for sure.

He came prepared with folders of all the blind samples- we were able to take the samples out the folders and see how well they matched the furniture/decor, see how well the light filters through and it was nice to feel the texture of the material.
