He came prepared with folders of all the blind samples- we were able to take the samples out the folders and see how well they matched the furniture/decor, see how well the light filters through and it was nice to feel the texture of the material.             I had a great experience with Beltway Blinds. The customer service rep came out to my house and had a wide range of samples and was very knowledgeable about their options. Once they came in, the installation was completely seamless. Everything fit perfectly and the installers were efficient and professional. I'm very happy with how everything turned out!

            Blinds for high skylights. Estimator suggested solutions and installer was on time and did a good job. Both easy to work with, order was correct, installation went smoothly. Looks like they will do the job just fine.

            The blinds they installed are top quality but it took months to get them to finish the installation. Their communication with customers is almost non existen. After multiple visits from installers who did not have the parts to finish I started calling to ask to speak with a manager but was always told mine were available and one would call me back.
