The blinds look awesome in my home and installation service was great. However, I am rating 3 stars because four blinds were not delivered and I had to take off my job a second time for installation of the missing blinds.

The salesmen was knowledgeable and very nice. He came out late so that both my husband and I could make the consultation after work. The product and price was reasonable and the installers were awesome and quick. Very happy with the look of the blinds and the overall experience.
The order was delayed without notifying me and the salesman did not explain how the installed shades would look. As a result, I had to order valances to cover the unsightly head rail. The valances were damaged not once but twice. We are now waiting for the replacements. For all the time I spent trying to get someone to follow up, I would not recommend.
