He explained our options, the process, the full cost, and the timeline for getting the project completed (faux wood blinds on 10 windows).             My experience with customer services and installers were great. The quality of the wooden blinds is average. Not what I expected for the price I paid. The salesman said the blinds are better than Home Depot & Lowes. I disagree. I haven't had to take back the Lowes blinds that I purchased for the bathroom and bedrooms. Needless to say, I was disappointed with the wooden blinds warping.

            My girlfriend had an awful experience with Beltway Blinds. The blinds do look nice; however, the customer service and follow up has been the worst I have ever seen. They forgot parts and had to return multiple times to finally complete the job (took months and continuous follow up on her end to make that happen), they damaged her place including scratching the floor and cracking the window frame (there were more damaged on top of this).
