The sizing of the shutters we ordered were measured slighly incorrect, but I give Beltway Blinds 5 Stars because of how they handled getting us our replacement shutters. Without too much of a delay, our windows were remeasured and another order placed without any additional charge to us. The new replacement shutters were installed recently and they look absolutely beautiful. Beltway Blinds is a company of integrity and commitment to excellent customer service.
