            My review has nothing to do with their product since I went elsewhere but for their customer service. After setting up an initial consultation with their sales rep it had to be cancelled due to weather. I got a reminder for the appointment and then a notice of cancellation which made me think they were on top of things. The cancellation email stated they would contact me about rescheduling.             We finally chose to get blinds and couldn't be happier. The sales people were knowledgeable and patient while my husband and I debated over style, color, etc. (so many choices!). Love my blinds! I highly recommend Beltway Blinds!
