            Ken and Chris did a great, efficient, and courteous job installing our blinds. Unfortunately, they arrived > 3 hours after the scheduled installation time (a delay for which they apologized) and I had to call Beltway twice to learn the updated installation time later that day. The vertical stripe on the header of the blind is slightly offset from the stripe on the main blind, a minor alignment error related to fabrication that we can live with, but is a bit disappointing.
