We had a very random and unusual event in our neighborhood (stray bullets damaged our home during a shooting). A bullet came through our window and damaged an expensive dual shade. James Ferguson came out and assured us that the “oops warranty” would replace the shade and even had us pick a new fabric since they no longer had the original fabric. Then for the install, Alex was excellent today. He left no mess, was careful in moving furniture, and the shades look great.
