Great experience. Beautiful blinds. I loved, loved the cornice boards at the top and sides. Wonderful follow up with honeycombs I also ordered. The installers were very professional, polite and friendly. I would definitely use them again.
Sade the “smooth operator” is amazing. She was so funny, informative, and helpful! She brought great energy to my home. My dog, who barks at everyone, was at peace in her presence. She assured me that she’d be with me throughout the entire process and that I would always be able to contact her if I needed anything. I was debating using another blind company but Sade and her incredible personality sealed the deal for me! Businesses need more people like her!
I had a good experience with the company and their folks. The product was good and installation was quick. Keep in mind I did not order anything that required a motor. My window blind purchases were fairly simple and basic. It's been 2 to 3 months since the install (as of this writing) and they look good and work fine.
