Our installer, Ken Rich was excellent! He was very professional, timely and did an outstanding job! However I was not pleased with the overall customer service of the company. If I were rating the company, for customer service it would be a 2 or 3 star. I didn’t get updates about my back order unless I called and calls were very seldom returned. Whole ordeal took months!
