I have older, non-traditional windows with different substrates, so I needed an in-home consultation to help ensure that the window coverings worked for the different sizes/spaces. My consultation with Carleigh was excellent. She was polite, professional, and spent many hours working through my questions to ensure that I got what I wanted. I will update this review after the installation, but the company and Carleigh have been very responsive this far.

The consultant that visited my home was top notch. Jeffery Ford answered my questions showed me products that I was looking for and the price was in my budget. I was initatially planning on doing one floor at a time; I was so impressed that I decided to do the entire home of 17 windows.
Great experience. Loved that they came to the house to get exact measurements and show me the quality of the material in person. I also liked being able to see the color options in the rooms I wanted the blinds installed in. Installers arrived on time and installed everything to perfection. Everything looks great! Very professional company to work with who takes pride in their product and work. Will definitely use again for the rest of my windows!
