I would give them 50 stars if I could! Big Fish replaced our roof, siding, gutters, soffit and fascia. Their work was done exactly as promised and at the exact price quoted. No surprises. After a tree partially fell on our home and caused some minor damage, I never would have thought I would be happy to have our roof replaced, but here we are. I first contacted Chad and he quickly sent a rep out to have our roof inspected. From there, we worked with Ryan and we was beyond fantastic. The communication was constant, transparent and thorough. Showed up on time. Very professional. Helped me navigate the insurance reimbursement to maximize my insurance payout. The roof went on and looked great. The cleanup was nearly perfect. I had an inspector come by to look over the work and the inspector was impressed with the job. The quote was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. They kept all their promises. I am proud to provide this review for them.

Zach Davis was a pleasure to work with after a wind storm damaged my roof. He was prompt and communicated with me throughout the project. I have worked with this company several times on smaller projects, they always do a great job and treat my repairs as though it is a top project! I am happy to keep giving them my business.
