We purchased our house fall of 2020 and thought we had at least 5 years left in the roof and maybe 10 for the siding. Within a year we had water coming into our first-floor family room. We got several quotes and chose Big Fish. After we signed for the roof, we found multiple areas of rot in the cedar siding and proceeded to get quotes on siding.
