Unfortunately, after MONTHS of me trying to follow up for a quote from Chad W for work on rotting wood on the exterior of our house; that he said he'd finish the next day. I contacted the owner, Erik. Erik assured me he would get Chad to get the bid over by the end of the week. It's been months and have since gone with a different company. I never received the quote. I shouldn't have to track down a company for them to do work, huge disappointment because I had heard they did good work.

My disappointment lies in the fact that we chose them because they said they would also repair missing brick on the front of our house.
