When Eric came out for the inspection he found out that our skylight had never been caulked and that there were some nail pops and a shingle missing. He informed me that with those minor problems repaired we would be able to get 2-3 more years out of our roof. He was prompt, professional and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They are wonderful. The price was very good and their work is thorough and wonderful. They are courteous. I don't have enough good things to say about them. The guy who gave us the estimate was Eric and he was really detailed about what was wrong with the roof, and I had known some of it. He told us exactly how much it was going to cost and it was lower than other estimates I had got. There were a couple of minor things that he just threw in for free.
