Had Ryan out because we had a mysterious leak in the roof they installed in 2020. Last year we had them out and they found nothing, I was up there 4 or 5 times looking, caulking tuckpointing and couldn't seem to fix it. They sent the repair crew to try a few things and ended up finding a random framing nail poking through the shingles that we all missed. It wasn't even their fault, but they fixed it under the warranty and were awesome every step of the way! Highly recommend!

We had our siding & roof replaced due to hail damage. Big Fish started our project earlier than expected and the crews adjusted their schedules so they could start working before the height of the daily heat. Jason, Nick & Tanya promptly answered any questions & concerns. They are a very friendly & knowledgeable staff! The crew cleaned up very well. Paperwork for insurance was provided to us incredibly fast! And most important our home looks absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Big Fish.

Excellent experience from start to finish, the only surprise was how seamless and smooth the process was, Chad was extremely knowledgeable, professional and attentive to my scheduling needs. I can’t say enough about the crew who came out on two of the hottest days of the year and replaced my roof in such a professional manner in such brutal conditions. Thank you for a job well done

I had the pleasure of working with Chad from Big Fish Roofing on a roof replacement, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He came highly recommended by a friend, and he exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I was the listing agent for the home. The homeowner was elderly and no longer living in the property, so it was especially important to have a contractor I could trust to communicate well, coordinate the project, and keep everything moving forward. Chad did exactly that. The ro... Read more

From start to finish, the entire project was handled exceptionally well. Mike, Josh, Tom, Mark, and Tanya were highly responsive and attentive to every question and request we had throughout the process. The roof and gutters were installed professionally, and the finished result looks outstanding. It was a pleasure working with such a great company, and I would highly recommend them.
