We used Big Fish to repair storm damage from hail and wind in 2025 including roof siding and garage door.. Work was well done, much of the new install was done better than the original work. Our rep, Ryan, took care of us very well. He handled most of the communication with our insurance company and made sure that the damage was properly dealt with. Workers were diligent and conscientious. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. We are very happy with our results..

I would give them 50 stars if I could! Big Fish replaced our roof, siding, gutters, soffit and fascia. Their work was done exactly as promised and at the exact price quoted. No surprises. Showed up on time. Very professional. Helped me navigate the insurance reimbursement to maximize my insurance payout. The roof went on and looked great. The cleanup was nearly perfect. I had an inspector come by to look over the work and the inspector was impressed with the job. The quote was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. They kept all their promises. I am proud to provide this review for them.
