Big Fish was one of the only contractors that did not try to up-sale me or convince me to buy their own products. I trusted him and his crew. They were on time, kept the job site clean, and did an all-over great job. I would rehire them in the future.

Initially I contacted Erik for a storm damage repair. Though he was busy, he found the time. I asked him for a bid on a replacement roof just to see what it would be. At that time there was only a slight chance I'd do it this year. More storm damage resulting in a serious leak, and the decision was easy. The bid was good (A+ actually) and Erik a pleasure to work with, so we signed the contract. Any punctuality issues were probably more weather-related than anything else. During the install, Erik... After receiving several estimates which were all very similar we went with Big Fish. We felt Erik was very honest and easy to work with. All the work was done as scheduled.  We had very nice weather for early November so the roof was done in 2 days and the gutters in one. Clean-up after each day was excellent! The workers were all very respectful of our property and really worked well as a team. The roof and gutters look great, we are very pleased with the results and would strongly recomme... Read more

Big Fish was the best contractor we have ever dealt with! They were polite, punctual and did quality work. They cleaned up the roofing materials as they worked. They arrived at 7am on Tuesday and our roof was completed by Wednesday afternoon. They removed the old antenna and tacked down some loose exterior siding. I can't tell you how easy it was to deal with these professionals. Well, maybe I can - 2 neighbors were SO impressed that they have now contracted with this company. You will be very p... Read more

Erik was excellent to work with. He was patient and accommodating when decisions needed to be made. He was very easy to reach by phone or email and most times got back to you the same day if you left a message. When the work started we were very pleased with the caliber of his staff - they were respectful, polite and very hard working individuals. What amazed us though was how other than seeing our new roof, one would never know Erik's crew was working at our house meaning our yard, driveway, an... Read more
