Overall positive experience.
Erik got up on my roof to inspect a couple of areas I was concerned about. Part of the roof is flat with a rubber membrane cover and I was also wondering about the chimney and vent flashing. He took care of a couple of minor issues, which was great since I don't want to be climbing around up there.
They did excellent work, they were prompt it's been about a year, and the roof and gutters
are still in good shape.
He did the inspection and we were having a leak. He told us point-blank that he couldn't tell by looking at it where the leak was. We also used them to replace the roof and it turned out well. He was very nice to work with. The price was reasonable and I like his honesty and I did not feel I was stuck with them. It showed a lot of professionalism.
