They did excellent work, they were prompt it's been about a year, and the roof and gutters
are still in good shape.

He did the inspection and we were having a leak. He told us point-blank that he couldn't tell by looking at it where the leak was. We also used them to replace the roof and it turned out well. He was very nice to work with. The price was reasonable and I like his honesty and I did not feel I was stuck with them. It showed a lot of professionalism.
I had a leak that I wanted them to check out on. There was nothing to dislike. It occurred while I was at work. So, I wasn't actually there when they did the work. It took two or three weeks for them to come out. They did what they said they would do and the leak stopped. That made me very happy.
Big Fish was quick to give us an estimate while we were working through the price on the sale of a home. It helped us determine what adjustments needed to happen to the price. Once we had an accepted offer, he was the first of 3 contractors to give us a bid and his prices were very good! The roof was done 3 days after closing. AMAZING PROCESS!
