ustomer service is great. He is very personable and responsive with all calls. He answered all my questions and is very friendly. The quality of the work they do is the best around. I have not found another contracting that does the quality of work for the cost, as good as Big Fish Contracting. All the employees are all very professional.

I highly recommend this company because owner Erik Dieringer truly serves his community! This morning on my way to work, my car wheels slid on icy road conditions onto the side of the road and was stuck in the snowbank. While I waiting for police to come, Erik pulled over, asked me if I was OK, and offered to get his work truck and pull me out. He drove away and the police arrived. The roof was completed in a day and so far no issues so I'm very happy with that aspect of the work. However I would not recommend using them for add-ons. They said they could install a Solatube but they could not. The unit they received was bent but they installed it anyway telling me they would come back later to swap it out. They never came back, never hooked up the electrical to it, and never vented it properly so now I have to crawl up into the attic and try to figure out how to vent it... Read more

I appreciate the kinds words for the roofing work we did. We also installed. Flat roof and a railing system on the flat roof which was very technical and turned out beautiful. The tubular skylight was a special order product which was ordered from California and we were not contracted to do electrical work because we are not electricians. If there was any other issue with the skylight we were not aware of it and absolutely would make every effort to service the work we are contracted to do. If there still remains a unresolved issue we are a phone call away and have a service department on the ready to warranty all of our work.
