A warranty is only worth a much as the company who offers it and with Big Fish it's worth nothing. We have issues with a repair that they made and left multiple messages and emails and the only time I ever received a call back was a promise that they would get back to me early the following week and never did. I highly recommend Big Fish Contracting! They are professional, timely and friendly. They did a fantastic job on a roof and gutters replacement for my parents. Can't say enough good things about Eric and his crew!! Definitely 5 stars.

Working with the Big Fish Team was one of the best home improvement experiences our family has ever experienced. My family literally had a roof issue straight out of the bowels of hell. We live in a beautiful 1915 home that had a new roof put on by another contractor just prior to our purchase of the home in 2008. Big Fish replaced the roof and rotten decking on our gazebo. It's pretty rare I hire any contractor that pays attention to detail as intensely as I would myself but the Big Fish crew sure delivered. Exceptional results for a fair price.

Erik helped us out in a tight situation when we had a manufacture warranty issue with our siding. No one else would give us the time of day but Erik, knowing this wasn't a huge money making deal, came over and talked things out with us. When it came to getting the job done, they planned for the job to take a week but they were done within 2 days. I will be calling Big Fish for my next job.
