The sales rep (Adam) climbed on top of our very steep roof to inspect and also crawled into the attic crawl space to try to find the cause of the leak. Unfortunately, they couldn't determine the exact cause of the leak (the roof was already over 20 years old, so it was time for a new one anyway). I can’t say enough amazing things about Big Fish Contracting. Ryan was on top of every little detail and provided 5 star service. The crew was very professional and extremely conscientious. Casey, Scott, Al, Oscar and Harry were a pleasure to have at our house every day for 2 weeks. They replaced our siding and gutters and the house looks beautiful! Highly recommend!

I didn't think such a stressful day could end on such a good note. After the roof was damaged in a storm, I called Big Fish and talked to Zack. He and Josh made it over to the house, took good pictures for the insurance agent, and secured the roof for the next storm. They were pleasant, clean, and so fast!
