We had our roof done. Sales guy (Erik) was outstanding. They offered a good price. Not necessarily the lowest, but a decent price and he instilled trust. His crew was amazing. They worked hard and fast and did quality work. Our roof was stripped and replaced in less than 8 hours and not a trace to be found of debris. A warranty is only worth a much as the company who offers it and with Big Fish it's worth nothing. We have issues with a repair that they made and left multiple messages and emails and the only time I ever received a call back was a promise that they would get back to me early the following week and never did. I'm shocked at all the 5 star reviews as the quality of the initial work was sub par at best, took longer than promised and the end result was mediocre. I would be very weary to have Bi... Read more

The Hubby and I needed a new garage roof only and had a few other roofers give us quotes...we decided to go with Big Fish and I am sure glad we did! We contracted with Big Fish Cont. for a tear off & replacement of our roofing materials. The job was completed in one long work day and we are very happy with the workmanship and upgrades look to our home. Good reliable company. They came recommended by my neighbors. Roof is a good quality, tear off was efficient and clean up was excellent. Landscaping was protected and crew was polite. Installation crew and gutter team did a fantastic job. Price was reasonable. The owner is available and did a final walk around with me. Excellent value.
