Today, I am calling a company to fix the soffit that is falling from the underside of our roof. It was fine until Big Fish did our roof. They did a fine job on the roof, but left us with a mess of a soffit. For about two years we have emailed, called, called, and emailed, requesting them to come out and finish the job they started. This has been a very disappointing experience. I a new roof and gutters installed in May. After completion there were some issues. They installed a damaged vent on my roof and I was concerned with the way some of the drainage, I informed Big Fish immediately, they said it would be repaired but I never heard back. Big Fish did a great job fixing my roof after a massive hail storm. They came out really fast and even moved me up to be scheduled the very next week. Ryan was excellent in communicating throughout the whole process and was always available for a question, he even temporarily patched a leak in my roof before the contractors could come out.
