Roof, gutters, and new skylights – awesome job and great to work with. We had Jason and he was excellent! They were professional, and got the job done as fast as expected. Their prices were fair as well.

We used Big Fish to repair storm damage from hail and wind in 2025 including roof siding and garage door.. Work was well done, much of the new install was done better than the original work. Our rep, Ryan, took care of us very well. He handled most of the communication with our insurance company and made sure that the damage was properly dealt with. Workers were diligent and conscientious. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. We are very happy with our results..

I would give them 50 stars if I could! Big Fish replaced our roof, siding, gutters, soffit and fascia. Their work was done exactly as promised and at the exact price quoted. No surprises. Kudos to every single employee from Adam who quoted our project, to the office staff including Tanya, project manager Nick and the crews completing the work. Great communication before, during and after project. Super neat work crew who even literally got on their knees to toss misplaced landscape rocks back! T... Read more

After a tree partially fell on our home and caused some minor damage, I never would have thought I would be happy to have our roof replaced, but here we are. I first contacted Chad and he quickly sent a rep out to have our roof inspected. From there, we worked with Ryan and we was beyond fantastic. The communication was constant, transparent and thorough. If there was a change in plans, we were notified. If there was an additional concern, we were greeted with empathy. Lastly, the work they perf... Read more

Showed up on time. Very professional. Helped me navigate the insurance reimbursement to maximize my insurance payout. The roof went on and looked great. The cleanup was nearly perfect. I had an inspector come by to look over the work and the inspector was impressed with the job. The quote was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. They kept all their promises. I am proud to provide this review for them.
