I really enjoyed working with Big Rock Kangaroof. Jason Bentliff was our contact and he was excellent. He took the time to sit down and explain everything to us, and was available for the insurance adjuster.
They completed our house in 1 day. The roof looks great, and everything was cleaned up thoroughly.

Everything was great with one exception, the roofers were supposed to be at my home on 10/14/2022, but they showed up a day early, requiring me to change plans on the fly, inconveniencing myself and the people I had plans with. I received no notification of the change in times until they knocked on my door. Justin, my contact at BRK was also unaware of the changes. A heads up would have helped considerably.
