Their representatives Keith Smith and Victoria Hoag really went the extra mile working with our insurance company to get us the financing we needed to get us the new roof (and ridge vent) that we needed. They were also extremely thorough, making sure to come back through after the roof installation to make sure that everything was in order and cleaned up--which it certainly was!!
