Had a lot of hail damage due to a storm and I’m in the process of having a new roof and siding redone. The roof is complete and looks great. Zack has been very helpful in explaining everything that will be done and also explains the insurance process which I know nothing about. He has kept me apprised of everything that is going on and when it will be worked on. Very good communication from Zack and his team. Thank you!

Jodi was amazing. This was our first time having to replace our roof so I knew nothing about the process and she made the process so easy and she was so helpful. It wasn't stressful at all and they got the job done fast and we had zero issues. I definitely recommend Big Rock Kangaroof. 10/10
