I received a new roof and they responed very quick. Work has been great and roof looks great. From the time I contacted them to the time the roof was completed was less than a week. I was in daily or every other day contact from the beginning. My roof was an insurance claim and they did the roof for what the insurance gave. Only had to pay for the extra I requested outside of insurance claim.
We had a great experience with Kangaroof! Our contractor, Jodi Carpenter, was incredibly helpful, communicated well and in a timely manner, and was very knowledgeable when it came to dealing with the insurance company.
