I contacted Bill to see about getting my roof inspected after a recent hail storm, and to see about fixing a spot that leaked. Bill was very professional and laid out exactly what to expect on our first phone call. His guy came out really quick to do the inspection, and they had my results back within a few days, and it turned out my roof was fine and had only minimal hail damage, not enough that insurance would cover a claim. Fantastic! Couldn’t ask for better. When others wouldn’t call back or wait 2 weeks for estimate or try to sell you “the works”. Bill’s team came out that day, gave estimate, got with insurance, set date for replacement and got it done! Communication was also great! I Had a question after normal hours. I thought I would get a machine. Nope. He answered and took care of it! Who does that!! Well done

The West crew quickly came out when I had a small leak develop in my kitchen. They were professional and courteous while they were here, cleaned up their mess at the end of every day and were excellent at communicating the pros and cons of each option the had avaliable. Highly recommend!

They came and stripped and re roofed the whole house in one day !! Great looking roof now !! Gutter guy did a great job as well Troy, very nice and helped my water drainage problem by putting downspouts on and changing the way the water runoff from my roof went !!!! I would recommend Bill West roofing for any and all my roofing needs !! Thanks B.W. roofing !!
