Fantastic! Couldn’t ask for better. When others wouldn’t call back or wait 2 weeks for estimate or try to sell you “the works”. Bill’s team came out that day, gave estimate, got with insurance, set date for replacement and got it done! Communication was also great! I Had a question after normal hours. I thought I would get a machine. Nope. He answered and took care of it! Who does that!!

The West crew quickly came out when I had a small leak develop in my kitchen. They were professional and courteous while they were here, cleaned up their mess at the end of every day and were excellent at communicating the pros and cons of each option the had avaliable. Highly recommend!
