FINAL UPDATE: I wasn't going to put 5 stars but Billings went above expectations to fix what was wrong. A very professional group of painters came and removed all evidence of leaks. They covered everything so paint was only were it belonged. They reimbursed us for the inconvenience and additional expense. I appreciated that they wanted to make it right.
