I very much recommend Billings for roof work. We recently had hail damage and I called Billings to inspect my roof to see if I actually had damage. Mark came out at no cost the next day and explained that we indeed had damage. A few weeks later, after completing the insurance claim, we called Mark who provided us a bid with several options. Hard working, efficient roofing crew. Re-roofed 4800 square foot house with steep sloping roof in 3 days. Did excellent work and were thorough with their final cleanup. I would highly recommend.
This started out as a five star for inspection by Franklin and getting me scheduled for repair quickly. Communication between Project Manager and workers became an issue and job was delayed more than a week (1 Star). Work was finally completed and issue with roof was resolved. Overall 3 Star
