They replaced our roof when we moved in 2.5 years ago and came back today to deal with a leak issue we had (not caused by them but discovered to be due to a poor installation job of our woodburner pipe by the woodburner guy). She explained everything, answered all my questions, and did not pressure me in any way. Billy’s completely redid the roof on our garage and house. Mariah was our main contact person who provided the quote after coming to our house for an inspection, gave us continuous updates, and provided pictures after work was completed. She was in constant communication about when supplies would be delivered, the dumpster, etc. The work was completed quickly and the crew cleaned up nicely. Their price was fair and I would definitely use them again.
