After researching five roofing companies - all with excellent ratings - Black Anchor Roofing stood out as the clear winner. The customer service Ricky provided was exceptional. He made time at the end of the day (on a holiday) to inspect the roof and provide a detailed estimate (with no hidden fees). The communication was great. Ricky was very responsive and came out several times to drop off more shingle samples and answer questions. The crew arrived on time, protected the ground and sides ... Read more

We moved into a new home on a wooded lot without any gutter protection from leaves and debris.. Shaun came out and provided professional consultation and prompt detailed estimate. Mario did and his team did a fantastic job completing the project. We are so grateful for the professional timely job completed. We would definitely hire black anchor again for any roofing and exterior needs.

It was a pleasure working with Ricky, Shaun and Dutch of Black Anchor. They were always accessible, very polite and delivered what they promised. They also changed my front entrance door and entryway and did an excellent job.

Black Anchor replaced our roof in Odenton. A hail storm came through and a ton of roofing companies came through knocking on our door trying to sell us on having our roof replaced. I looked them up and discovered that nearly all of the ten or so companies that came by were from out of state. I researched, found Black Anchor, saw that they are local, and am very happy I went with them. They were great from beginning to end. Every single person I met on their team was courteous, pleasant and profe... Read more

From start to finish Black Anchor Roofing customer service was outstanding. Thank you very much to Shaun and Dutch for taking the time to work with my insurance company. They both have gone above and beyond. The service this go around was for gutters being replaced. The gentlemen who replaced our gutters was awesome as well. Next will be the roof replacement by Black Anchor Roofing as well. Thanks again!
