We had a leak in the roof on our rental that we were not aware of. The roof was supposedly new when we bought the house in 2022. I wish we had hired them to look at the roof at that time since the inspector didn't pick up on anything. Excellent work, fantastic communication. Job: Replace siding on a section of the house with vinyl siding. Existing siding was aluminum siding nailed to studs, no sheathing. Dutch and the sale team were easy to work with. Great price and easy scheduling. Jose and his team did a awsome job on my replacement of my roof and skylights. They were prompt and courteous and left my place very clean. I have a new roof with skylight that has a remote sun screen to block out lite when needed. I wish I had found this company sooner! They beat the other prices , and had a nonaggressive, excellent team. We had 15 windows put in. I would use them for any project from now on.
