Andy was very knowledgeable about fabrics and helped me select the perfect shades for my space. Ed and Jacob installed them and did an excellent job showing me how to operate the remote control that electrically operates my shades. We have used blind and shutter spot for our Gilbert house and most recently they made the trek up to Pinetop-Lakeside Arizona to do all of the window coverings in our new home there. Both houses required a different look and feel. Natasha nailed it perfectly. Warm and cozy in the mountains. Sunny and bright in Gilbert. I felt like I had my very own interior designer. The timeline was prompt and Ed is magical in his installations.

Everyone I worked with was competent and confident - they knew exactly what needed to be done to rectify the issues.
