First I want to say that Savannah, the office lady on the phone, has been so kind and helpful every time I speak with her. Jerry came out to take off our shutters so we could get our windows replaced and worked hard to get a shutter off from a window that was really hard to reach. It should have been a two person job but he got it done! Highly recommend them!
