Great customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable and super helpful. Even offered some helpful advice regarding some issues with our blinds in our other house.
The removal was super quick and lasted about 40 minutes between 2 guys. For the re install, which was only 1 guy, I think his name was Jacob, it took 1 hr and 45 minutes for 10 windows. I was really impressed!
