This store exemplifies customer service. They bend over backwards to take care of their customers. I even spent over 20 minutes talking to one of installers on how to program my Hunter Douglas blinds. He made the instructions very understandable. I will surely shop at this store again.

Natasha and the rest of the team are amazing to work with. They’ve always had answers and when I needed minor adjustments or repairs they took care of them right away. I tried Costco, Home Depot and the other popular outlets, and realized that all I would get would be higher prices and poorer service. No reason to go anywhere, but Blind And Shutter Spot.
