What an enjoyable process! Great customer service from design to installation. We have had two installations in two different homes. Both experiences were very satisfactory.
We purchased custom blinds from another local company. After several years of use one of the opening mechanism failed on one blind. After contacting the original company we purchased through we were told that Hunter Douglas changed the mechanism and they could no longer get the part and we would have to purchase a new blind at a cost of over $1200.00. Andy was very knowledgeable about fabrics and helped me select the perfect shades for my space. Ed and Jacob installed them and did an excellent job showing me how to operate the remote control that electrically operates my shades. I highly recommend them as they were very professional from the initial appointment to final installation.
