The installer, Jacob, was literally a lifesaver! In addition to providing top notch installation and cleanup, he noticed a smell of natural gas that we didn’t detect and he spent time trying to track it down unsuccessfully. He encouraged me to contact an inspector and the inspector discovered a major gas leak in our attic. Thank you, Jacob, for going above and beyond for us!! We’re grateful!

We purchased custom blinds from another local company. After several years of use one of the opening mechanism failed on one blind. After contacting the original company we purchased through we were told that Hunter Douglas changed the mechanism and they could no longer get the part and we would have to purchase a new blind at a cost of over $1200.00.
