In addition to providing top notch installation and cleanup, he noticed a smell of natural gas that we didn’t detect and he spent time trying to track it down unsuccessfully. He encouraged me to contact an inspector and the inspector discovered a major gas leak in our attic. Thank you, Jacob, for going above and beyond for us!! We’re grateful!
