I would recommend Blind and Shutter Spot. We had to replace our window. As part of the process, our shutter needed to be removed. The window company recommended Blind and Shutter Spot to remove and then reinstall the shutter. We ended up uninstalling the shutter and ordering a blind (in order to increase accessibility to the window).
