Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you’re happy with the installed shutters, though we’re sorry the experience left you disappointed. During the consultation, each window included in the project was reviewed and approved before ordering. When we later learned one window was not included, we offered to provide that shutter at a discounted cost as a courtesy. We are curious as to how this was a customer service issue, as we attempted to correct the issue, and you decided to not let us. We understand the frustration and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will utilize this issue as a training for our staff to be better, and we may implement new policies or changes to our process.
