Edit in response to the comment- the discount offered was $60. The cost after discount for a small bathroom window was still going to be $577. After leading me to believe this window was part of my original quote due to the verbal discussion with the sales person.
While the shutters that got installed are fine, i would not do business with the company again due to their poor customer service. & I currently don’t have any window covering on the guest bathroom window.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you’re happy with the installed shutters, though we’re sorry the experience left you disappointed. During the consultation, each window included in the project was reviewed and approved before ordering. When we later learned one window was not included, we offered to provide that shutter at a discounted cost as a courtesy. We are curious as to how this was a customer service issue, as we attempted to correct the issue, and you decided to not let us. We understand the frustration and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will utilize this issue as a training for our staff to be better, and we may implement new policies or changes to our process.
Blind and Shutter Spot installed my new shutters today and it totally transformed the look of the rooms. I love them!! Company was very easy to work with and installation was very smooth. Would definitely recommend them
