We provide installs, replacements, repairs, and roof inspections for residential buildings. Following a verbal evaluation of your roof during an inspection, we will send you an email with a proposal for the needed work.
We remove every roofing system when a new roof is required. This enables us to inspect the decking that is currently in place. A certified roof deck is covered with new roofing. This enables CertainTeed composition roofing to be covered by a 50-year manufacturer warranty in addition to our own 10-year workmanship warranty.
Last but not least, you might not need to repair your roof entirely if it is leaking. Loose flashings or broken roof shingles are common causes of leaks. We also fix damage brought on by hurricanes and other events.

Finally, a contractor that doesn’t throw a Seattle “bait” quote and then do the bare minimum or not even the right work. The owner came himself to talk about our attic venting issue and my desire for roof-based vents. He was 100% more informed than any of the attic/ventilation contractors (total scam services), and the quote was absolutely fair and reasonable. They found that the origin of my roof leak was my 20+ year old skylight was failing. They installed new ones pretty quickly and no more leak. I will contact them when my roof needs done soon.
