We provide installs, replacements, repairs, and roof inspections for residential buildings. Following a verbal evaluation of your roof during an inspection, we will send you an email with a proposal for the needed work.
We remove every roofing system when a new roof is required. This enables us to inspect the decking that is currently in place. A certified roof deck is covered with new roofing. This enables CertainTeed composition roofing to be covered by a 50-year manufacturer warranty in addition to our own 10-year workmanship warranty.
Last but not least, you might not need to repair your roof entirely if it is leaking. Loose flashings or broken roof shingles are common causes of leaks. We also fix damage brought on by hurricanes and other events.

Our roof has a 30-year warranty; last year it leaked, and the insurance company told us that it was due to moss and wouldn't cover the fix. Today we had Blue and Blue out to give us an estimate. Eric got up on the roof, found that our vent had moved, fixed it and didn't charge us. He also said that the roof looked in great shape and should outlast our ownership. Great service!

Eric came to inspect the roof in a few days, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Juan arrived the following week and repaired the roof, and was very personable. I could not ask for a better service! I can be very picky.. they came when they stated! They talked to me and explained issues with rot and need for replacement plywood..even pictures! They worked 830 to~5 for 3 days.. AND they did not damage ANY plants in my yard!They cleaned up daily!! It was soooo amazing. My roof looks great as well as the new gutters! I would TOTALLY recommend this company!
