We provide installs, replacements, repairs, and roof inspections for residential buildings. Following a verbal evaluation of your roof during an inspection, we will send you an email with a proposal for the needed work.


We remove every roofing system when a new roof is required. This enables us to inspect the decking that is currently in place. A certified roof deck is covered with new roofing. This enables CertainTeed composition roofing to be covered by a 50-year manufacturer warranty in addition to our own 10-year workmanship warranty.


Last but not least, you might not need to repair your roof entirely if it is leaking. Loose flashings or broken roof shingles are common causes of leaks. We also fix damage brought on by hurricanes and other events.

I had a very good experience with Blue & Blue. A roof vent had failed causing serious leaking during our wet winter. While I am pretty sure it was not a big job for the company, Blue & Blue was very responsive, timely given all the work I am sure they had and all at a reasonable price. The Seattle area needs more businesses like Blue & Blue.

We recently bought a home in Seattle and learned that Blue & Blue had installed the roof twelve years ago. I called with a few questions - Jo was so helpful on the phone and Mark came by to explain the overall design and how to care for the roof. Our home inspector had been very impressed with the quality of the roof. I was very impressed by the degree to which Mark & Jo stand behind their work. We will definitely be calling Blue & Blue with any roofing needs. I recommend them highly!
