Blue Heron is amazing all around, from the quality service they perform to the fact that they actually care about their clients! Hands down best company and experience we've ever had with a service company! Russell and Kathryn did such a great job on our house washing, even returning to wash it a second time when high winds on our initial visit left some streaking; we asked them to take care of our deck (which we usually power wash) and our patio. Working with Russell and his team was spectacular! We were getting our house ready to go on the market and decided at the last minute that we should get it washed. His team made it happen! Later that day I caught myself thinking the window was open because it was so incredibly clean! Went through the process of getting estimates from three separate providers for complete gutter cleaning, whole house power/soft wash including metal awnings, and stain removal from concrete pathways, entryway, driveway , and retaining wall. Price was competitive. Scheduling was easy. Russell showed up right on time. They did a great job on the whole house (siding and windows), the roof (algae), decks, Adirondack chairs, and made sure to get our mailbox even though I forgot to specify. Really great experience. Highly recommend.
