We had Bluebird out to fix a flashing job that our builder did wrong. They did a great job. Unfortunately, we had a leak in the exact same place two years later, so I assumed their repair had failed. They came out and figured out that it was actually a new window we'd had installed in roughly the same area. They re-caulked the window to fill in the gaps that were causing the leak--for free!
