When I needed a new roof, I reached out to a few companies and Bluebird was the only one to reach out. Barrett came out on a weekend, explained my options and explained what my insurance company was offering. Extremely Poor Experience with Bluebird Roofing. When a hailstorm hit, I made the mistake of trusting Bluebird Roofing. Their representative pressured me into signing a contract on his iPad before I fully understood the terms. He verbally promised to offer a discount on my deductible to "work with me," but once my insurance approved the claim, he completely reneged on his word, claiming it would be deceptive.
