From our initial consultation with Michelle to final installation by Lucas, Bath Fitters of Black Diamond made the process easy. Michelle never hard pressed us for upgrades but simply laid out the options and answered all our questions. Matt our salesperson was great and very easy to work with and Justin our installer was so professional and nice, he also had a helper with him, I'm so sorry I don't know his name, but he was very professional and they all we're very respectful of our home.The quote advised it would be 1 1/2 days, because of the plumbing configuration we choose and that's exactly what it was.
