A few years ago I had Bath Fitter replace my old cracked tub with a walk in shower. I chose them because their estimate beat all other installers. The sales team as well as the installers arrived on time. As they worked they were clean, tidy and professional. it took little time before my bathroom looked amazing. They left me with care instructions. After several years the shower needed caulking and shower knob tightening which they did without charge.

Great experience all around. The guys were very professional and friendly. They were very interactive in answering questions and in getting our direction on decisions. They were very careful with protecting everything in the house. The final product is excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a bathroom remodel.

From our initial consultation with Michelle to final installation by Lucas, Bath Fitters of Black Diamond made the process easy. Michelle never hard pressed us for upgrades but simply laid out the options and answered all our questions. When I indicated I wouldn't sign a contract until I had talked to at least 3 other options, she didn't hard sell, just thanked me and let me know they hope to hear from me. Super happy with our beautiful shower! 25 years ago, I upgraded two bathrooms. 10 years later, we had a question with one of the tubs. Bath Fitter came out and reviewed our question. They replaced the majority of one of the tubs.
